U.S. Energy Expands Sales Leadership with Promotion of Nick White
U.S. Energy Development Corporation, or USEDC, a Fort Worth-based exploration and production company focused on developing oil and gas projects for itself and its partners, announced the promotion of Nick White to director of business development and sales training manager.
White, who joined the firm in 2012, brings more than a decade of experience supporting financial professionals through complex investment landscapes. In his expanded role, White will continue to serve as a regional leader within the business development team while also contributing to the firm’s national sales training initiatives. He will help ensure USEDC’s growing team delivers a consistent, consultative experience to financial professionals across the country.
“Nick has built his reputation on one simple but powerful idea – be the most prepared person in the room and use that knowledge to make things easier for others,” said Matthew Iak, executive vice president. “He has a gift for translating complex investment concepts into actionable insights for financial advisers, and now he’s helping instill that same mindset across our salesforce. His promotion reflects the type of leadership and strategic thinking we value at U.S. Energy.”
Over the course of his tenure, White has consulted more than 1,200 financial advisers and tax professionals on the role oil and gas can play in well-diversified, tax-efficient portfolios. His approach prioritizes long-term relationships and customized guidance – making him a trusted partner to financial professionals and their clients.
“I’m honored to step into this new position and help guide the next generation of consultative, service-focused sales professionals,” said White. “At U.S. Energy, we’re committed to offering more than just access to investments; we’re offering knowledge, guidance, and partnership.”
