U.S. Energy is currently developing projects in the Delaware Basin, DJ / Powder River Basin and Eagle Ford Shale.
In our 40 year history, the firm has participated in projects located in all major US basins in 13 states and Canada.
We strive to diversify our annual capital exposure in the upstream and midstream energy space. In a typical year, the firm will deploy capital across multiple projects ranging from $5 to $20 million, or greater.
We recognize that each project contains its own set of unique parameters and are flexible in deal terms. Recent terms have included joint development, wellbore only and farm-in / drill-to-earn structures.
