    What tax benefits are available to investors in a U.S. Energy offering?

    U.S. Energy investors receive significant tax benefits, including the potential for both upfront and long term tax benefits.  This includes tax benefits from Intangible Drilling Costs (IDCs), Tangible Equipment Cost, Depletion, Depreciation and/or Qualified Business Income Deductions. 

    The firm offers multiple investment solutions and your allocation of specific tax benefits depends on the investment structure and investment unit in which your client invests.

    U.S. Energy works with Registered Representatives of Broker Dealers who have obtained their series 7 or 22 licenses, in addition to the appropriate state registrations.  

    Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and Investment Advisor Representatives (IARs) must be registered with their state (or the SEC if applicable).
