Todd Witmer is Senior Geologist & Land Manager for U.S. Energy Development Corporation. Mr. Witmer joined U.S. Energy in 2001 as a Staff Geologist. In 2005, Todd was promoted to Senior Geologist where he was responsible for generating new oil & gas drilling prospects and reviewing outside projects proposed to U.S. Energy by other operators. Mr. Witmer, in cooperation with U.S. Energy’s senior management team, identifies and organizes the inventory for all drilling programs. He is a current & active member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, Independent Oil & Gas Association of New York, the Buffalo Association of Professional Geologists, the Pittsburgh Association of Petroleum Geologists and the Pennsylvania Oil & Gas Association. Todd graduated in 1999 with a B.A. in Geological Sciences and a B.S. in Environmental Studies from The State University of New York at Buffalo. He subsequently received his M.S. in Geological Sciences in May of 2004, from The State University of New York at Buffalo.
